Le Mayeur Museum:
Leaving hotel for Sanur
museum called "Le Mayeur Museum" an exotic house of
Belgian artist A.J. Le Mayeur De Merperes and his gifted Balinese
wife Ni Polok, a legong dancer who once made their traditional
home now be a museum. You can see many kinds of Le Mayeur paintings
in Impressionist touched.
Werdhi Budaya Art Centre
Denpasar:
We can see Balinese art
is an expression of collective thought. Many paintings, carvings
and sculptures are made communally in workshops, where a master
craftsman supervises a group of apprentices.
Bali Museum :
In the center of town, there
is a large open Puputan Square. On the eastern side of this is
the Museum Bali, for those interested in archeology, traditional
architecture of just the discovery of atmospheric reminders of
Bali's rich heritage, there are a number of fascinating spots
to visit and the relatively new state temple "Pura jagatnatha"
Pasar Badung, Kumbasari
and Bird Market :
Badung Bird Market, where
you can find many kinds of Parakeets and Cockatoos, song birds
and pigeons, sometimes even peacocks, are sold here along with
a variety of animals, puppies, rabbits and monkeys.
Then through to traditional market in Denpasar City, here one
finds everything from fish and meat, fruit, vegetables, spices,
dried goods, hardware and commodities, to clothing & weavings
and basketry.
