When you have arrived at the Ngurah Rai International Airport, after going through the arrival gate, please head straight to our Guest Reservation Office (10 meters to the left of the arrival gate- please refer to the photos below), which is where we will pick you up. Remember to have ready with you the name of the reservation officer who made your online booking confirmation and the dates of when it had been confirmed..
