David King is New World with Indonesian accents, prepared
simply and authentically, using the freshest ingredients drawn
from the land. To ensure that begawan Giri Estate remains

on the grounds, as have vegetable gardens, tropical fruit
trees and flower nurseries.

and and will prove a talking-point in Bali and Indonesia.
Globally, the restaurant promises to take its place in the
international arena by offering everything the modern world
desires in terms of a restaurant.
The choice of fare is
large, varied and definitely tempting. Accents and influences
of food are broad and truly modern in respect to the world
becoming one nation.
The
Source

Giri's unique health spa, is no ordinary Western-style spa.
It maintains a holistic approach to the guest's physical and
spiritual well-being. Body treatments massages, skin
scrubs and other rituals are founded on ancient or
traditional methods and use only natural ingredients in the
oils, lotions and herbal preparations required for the treatments.
Guests can enjoy Balinese
massage with aromatic oils from the island, or exotic body
treatments such as Javanese Lulur and Balinese Spice. The
spa menu further appeals to the senses with a wide selection

flowers and indigenous plants. All body work and massages
are offered in the privacy of a guest's suite or villa, or
in the massage garden bales near the waterfall. Experienced
staff are on hand to pamper guests thoroughly, but the focus
remains on simplicity, balance and a return to nature.

Tirta
Ening ( Clear Water )
This residence
greets the visitor with the serenity of a water palace as
the sight and sound of water can be sensed throughout the
formal pavilions. These golden pavilions of 150 year-old Javanese
teak depict a meditative simplicity as they float out over
sheets of water reflecting a mixture of oriental cultures
and styles with a Zen feel. The central, floating pavilion
is reminiscent of old Javanese homes. Water-lily ponds surrounding
the platform reflect the intricate beauty of the stone entrance.
