Modern (completed January 2001), exclusive development with 5 star standards, and air conditioned in each bedroom. Well manicured, tropical grounds with central, spectacular 23 meter salt water swimming pool, with separate children's pool. Oversized 90 kva back up generator and clean water system. Highest standard furnishings (e.g., the bath tubs, linen, kimonos and sheets are the same used by the Four Seasons). Each of the two villas sit at either end of the pool, and have traditional Balinese "Alang Alang" (thatched) roofs. Both villas have bedrooms that have good local views, and are within ear shot of the surf breaking on the beach (along with the benefits of a coastal breeze). Also living areas of terrazzo flooring, cool breezes and either traditional Balinese (Villa Liamkoi) or modern Javanese (Villa Mikaman) furnishings, plus famous name local artist paintings. Study / TV areas adjoin the living rooms, and have quality desks, full IDD telephones, Internet and fax facilities. The sitting areas have Satellite TV's with full cable service and VCD/DVD surround-sound system with extensive movie library.

Each villa has its own fully equipped, Italian marble kitchen with well trained cook / staff. 24 hour security is provided by 5 security guards. Each villa has 6 house staff (3 waitresses / butlers, plus 3 cleaners). The property also has a senior housekeeper, cook, gardener and pool boy. House staff are on duty from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Full breakfasts (juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cooked breakfast and pastries) are included. Drinking water, tea and coffee is also complimentary throughout the day. The cook is always on stand-by and can be consulted early each day to prepare lunches and / or dinners (they will shop for you, so you get local market prices, and then cook / prepare the meals for you). A copy of the Herald Tribune and the Jakarta Post are delivered to the villas each morning.

The villa owner is flexible regarding children, in that up to 6 adults and 4 children may be accommodated in a single villa if required (the staff have an ample quantity of comfortable fold away mattresses, baby cots and high chairs). The villas are also well equipped for children with toys, games, books, movies and staff to watch over them (evening babysitter available).

The villas also come with safety deposit boxes, laundry service, massage and spa treatments service, event / wedding / party planning service, tour advise.

These villas can only be rented together - total of 6 Bedrooms.
