Bali is beautiful, that is we already knew. But Bali is also spiritual and maybe for that reason, Bali is an ideal place to host international yoga events. Here is another yoga event in Bali with international recognition: The 2nd International Yoga Festival, which is initiated by Bali-India Foundation.

Dr. Somvir, the chairman of Bali-India Foundation, said that the event will be held on March 3 - 10 '2010. He also mentioned that there will 1500 yogi participants from across the world and half of them will come from India, European countries, USA and Asian regions. While half of the rest will consist of yoga lovers and participants from yoga development center from various places in Indonesia.

This Bali's annual event will bear the theme "Yoga and Global Warming Issues". All  activities of International Bali India Yoga Festival will take place at Patanjali Yoga city Banjar Gunung Sari, Tegal Linggah village, Sukasada sub-district, Buleleng district, North Bali, about 80 km north of Denpasar. The chosen location is a beautiful village which is surrounded by hills and becomes a historic village for Hindu and Islamic development.
