The Grand Bali Beach provides the ideal venue for banquets, conferences, cocktail receptions or private dinner parties.
From catering for a lavish wedding to meeting the demands of International conference organizers The Grand Bali Beach is still the first and best conventions facility on the island.

The banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 1000 people for standing receptions, in addition to 4 functions rooms (Joged, Legong, Pendet and Kecak) with a total capacity of 120 seats. The Pendawa Poolside is an ideal setting for outdoor functions.

The Agung Ballroom
offers seating for up to 1,000 people in theatre style, 1,400 persons at a stand up reception or 400 persons at a banquet.

The Legong, pendet, Joged and Kecak
rooms are ideal for breakout rooms or alss room style gatherings from 25 to 50 people.

• Conference Service Personnel - A wide range of assistants, technicians and other experienced staff are on standby to ensure all arrangements go smoothly.
• Conference Presentation - Standing table lecterns, Podiums, Notice Boards, Easels, Direction Signs, Portable Platforms & Stage, Notepads & Photocopying. Service are available as required.
• Communications - Phone, Facsimile & Telex Service available, at all times and all rooms are equipped with International Direct Dial telephone (IDD).
• Sound & P.A.System - Free - standing and Table microphones on request. Built in and portable loudspeakers, operated from the control booth above the meeting rooms. Portable wireless P.A System. Fully equipped wireless Simultaneous System with four individual cabins.
• Secretarial Service - Full Secretarial Service available on request.
• Audio - visual & Photographic Coverage - Professional open reel and cassette tape recorders, as well as Betamax or VHS (multi system), Video Recorder, Camera & Grand Screen Projector. An in-house photographer is available on request for documentation, or souvenir coverage.
• Print Shop - Artwork - design, Flyers, Brochures, Namecards, Invitations and other printed matter may be prepared according to your requirements.
• Menus - Personalized menus are available for all functions
