Candi Tigawangi: An unfinished Shivaite complex not far from Candi Surawana, built in the latter half of the 14th Century. Take a Colt, Rp75, seven km to Desa Tigawangi; the candi is one km from the road. A magical death monument, the story is introduced by drummers. There are scenes of people delivered from dangers and spells, and also humerous stones from the Sundamala epic. Scenes go around the corners without a break. On the northern wall there's only a half finished man and woman. See the panel depicting Sadeva (one of the Pandavas) threatened by Shiva's consort Durga while tied to a tree.
